I've ordered my candle, when can I expect it to be delivered?

Each and every candle is hand poured so please allow 5-7 working days for delivery.

 

I've finished burning my candle, what do I do with the container?

Not to worry! You're currently able to return your container in the packaging it was delivered in for a half price refill of the same candle fragrance. For more information please visit Reusable, Refillable, Recyclable.

In the unfortunate event that whilst returning your container it gets lost in the post, I will happily replace your candle if you can produce a receipt of postage. 

 

My item has been damage in the post, what do I do?

Please send a message through the chat icon quoting your order number or alternatively email nataliegillcandles@gmail.com.

 

The candle I'm interested in is out of stock, what shall I do? 

Please get in touch and mention the candle you're interested in to receive information about when it will next become available to purchase.
