I've ordered my candle, when can I expect it to be delivered?

Each and every candle is hand poured so please allow 5-7 working days for delivery.

 

I've finished burning my candle, what do I do with the container?

Keep your container and order a refill to keep your flame alive! For more information please visit Reusable, Refillable, Recyclable

 

My item has been damaged in the post, what do I do?

Please send a message through the chat icon quoting your order number or alternatively email nataliegillcandles@gmail.com.

 

The candle I'm interested in is out of stock, what shall I do? 

Please get in touch and mention the candle you're interested in to receive information about when it will next become available to purchase.
